A simple tool that allows points (virtual zlotys) to be credited to the account of a customer using services or buying goods.
The number of points collected by the customer can depend on the category of services or goods that the customer buys, for example, for every 100 zloty spent in the service the customer will receive 5pct, and for the purchase of parts 2pct. The points can then be exchanged for a discount on the next purchase.
The whole process is integrated with the sales process in the DMS and the calculation of discounts is done automatically, and both the customer and the employee can observe the number of points accumulated on the account of a given customer in separate systems - the customer in a dedicated application and the salesperson in the DMS.
Currently, the application provides functionality for 3 user groups:
The customer logging in, viewing the number of accumulated points, receiving SMS messages with information on operations on the account in the application (change in the number of points).
Advisor setting up and editing user accounts, deciding on awarding performance bonuses.
Manager setting up and editing user accounts, manual editing of customer account funds.
